It’s a race against time for rescuers searching for survivors of Monday’s 7.6-magnitude earthquake in Japan's Noto Peninsula. As of Thursday, the death toll stood at 84, and 179 remained missing. The humanitarian organization Peace Winds Japan is part of the search and rescue effort. The group’s director of overseas operations, Rika Yamamoto, spoke to As It Happens guest host Megan Williams.
