Mandel, Cattrall, Blue Rodeo join Walk of Fame
Howie Mandel, Kim Cattrall and Blue Rodeo were among the celebrities inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame in Toronto on Saturday.
Songstress Anne Murray hosted the gala event honouring the new inductees and celebrity presenters included musicians Nelly Furtado, Gordon Lightfoot, actress Elisha Cuthbert and model Daria Werbowy.
Established in 1998, Canada's Walk of Fame recognizes achievements in music, sport, film and television as well as the literary, visual and performing arts, and science and innovation.
Also honoured Saturday were musician Tom Cochrane, designers Dean and Dan Caten, beloved children's author Robert Munsch, athlete Chantal Petitclerc and the late Raymond Burr, from TV's Perry Mason.
Cattrall, best known for her role in Sex and the City, said she was "deeply honoured" to be inducted.
