Saskatoon Transit pass refunds available today

Transit customers with bus passes will be able to get a refund starting today.

Transit customers with bus passes will be able to get a refund starting today.

With the transit lockout now in its third week, many customers are asking to get their money back.

Here is a list of locations that are offering refunds.

City Hall: Wednesday, October 8 to Friday, October 17, 8 am to 5 pm (closed weekends and Thanksgiving Monday)

Downtown Bus Mall Customer Service: Wednesday, October 8 to Saturday, October 11, 7 am to 3 pm

Leisure Centres (Cosmo, Harry Bailey, Lakewood, Lawson, Field House and Shaw Centre): Wednesday, October 8 to Friday, October 10, noon to 8 pm, Saturday, October 11, 10 am-5 pm

Market Mall Bus Terminal: Wednesday, October 8, 11 am-7 pm

Alice Turner Library: Thursday, October 9, 10:30 am-4:30 pm

White Buffalo Youth Lodge: Friday, October 10, 11 am-7 pm

33rd and Edmonton Ave Recycling Depot: Saturday, October 11, 11 am-7 pm

Cope Crescent Bus Terminal: Tuesday, October 14, 11 am-7 pm

Pass holders can also mail in their refund requests to City Hall Transit Refund, 222 3rd Avenue North, Saskatoon SK S7K 0J5.

You can also hold onto your pass, and receive a one-month extension once the lockout is over.

All refunds will include an additional $5 reimbursement to help cover service fees or postage charges.
