After sifting through entries from schools across the city, the Saskatoon Morning team has selected Nutana Collegiate as the location for a special live broadcast of the show.

"It's wonderful, I'm very proud of the students and the school of course, and it's very exciting," said Eman Demmans, who teaches English at the school.

It was Demmans' class who created a video entry for the Nominate Your School contest which highlighted some of the things they love about attending Nutana Collegiate.

"I meant it was pretty easy on my part, I just told them about the contest and they really ran with it," said Demmans.

Demmans said the students made the video on their own time and it says a lot about their motivation and how they feel about their school.

"It's a really great reflection I think of how they see the school which is what makes it so wonderful," said Demmans.

Next Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., host Leisha Grebinski and the Saskatoon Morning crew will broadcast live from the school.

There will be a pancake breakfast and everyone is invited to attend.
