In this most recent case, police were called to North Central after a local resident reported hearing a gunshot around 3:08 a.m. CST. A few minutes later they headed to the 1100 block of Rae Street to investigate a broken window allegedly shot by a gun.

Police are also investigating why a number of incidents have happened since Saturday.

"They're looking into why there's a bunch of them happening," Schmidt said.
