Ottawa Senators GM Bryan Murray believes P.K. Subban threatened Mark Stone.

Fans took to social media Thursday to react to news that Ottawa Senators forward Mark Stone suffered a microfracture of his right wrist, and Montreal defenceman P.K. Subban would not be suspended for the slash that caused the injury.

Canadiens fans were, as expected, supportive of the NHL's decision to not suspend Subban for the incident, which occurred during Montreal's 4-3 win in the teams' playoff series opener on Wednesday night.

Senators fans were clearly upset about the lack of a suspension, especially after hearing about Stone's injury.

First, the news about Subban came out.

Then, the Sens announced the news of Stone's injury.

Following those two stories, fans had their say.

If Stone does not play in Game 2 on Friday, Chris Neil looks like he will dress in his place. Neil, of course, is known for his physical play over several years with the Senators.
