Rideau Valley Marketplace destroyed in fire
The Rideau Valley Marketplace on Highway 43 in Drummond North Elmsley, west of Smiths Falls, was destroyed in a fire early Sunday morning.
Police and fire crews were called to the scene just after 5 a.m. on Sunday.

Ontario Provincial Police and fire crews were called to the business in Drummond North Elmsley just after 5 a.m. on Sunday. No injuries have been reported.
The business describes itself as a new, used, consignment and liquidation centre.
Part of Highway 43 was closed for eight hours as fire crews put out hot spots. The road has since reopened.
The Ontario Fire Marshal was called to the scene to help determine the cause.
