- unlawfully importing a substance in Schedule 1 – Section 6 of the Controlled Drug and Substances Act
- trafficking a substance in Schedule 1 – Section 5 of the CDSA
- possession for the purpose of trafficking – Section 5
- causing bodily harm by criminal negligence
- breach of recognizance
Package from China
RCMP also say the Canada Border Services Agency seized a package from China at its mail processing plant in Vancouver on Monday. The package contained furanyl fentanyl and was destined for Yellowknife.
