Clinic manager says Kamloops needs incentives for doctors

According to one walk-in clinic manager in Kamloops, he struggles to recruit doctors because he can't pay them what the hospital can and there are fewer incentives than in other areas.

He's been dealing with the impacts of the doctor shortage on his patients for years.
