Surrey RCMP seek woman after reports she was 'forcibly confined' in car

Police are hoping the public can help locate a woman following reports she was held against her will inside a car on Thursday morning.

Update July 9, 2018:  The woman and and man have been located, according to RCMP.

Police are hoping the public can help locate a woman following reports she was held against her will inside a car on Thursday morning.

According to Surrey RCMP, witnesses reported the woman in her 40s, was "forcibly confined" inside a black 2015 Nissan Versa at 11:30 a.m. PT.

She's described as Indigenous, five feet six inches tall, and weighing roughly 190 pounds.

She has long black hair and brown eyes, and was wearing a white dress when she was last seen.
