Being vegan is not just a diet, it's a lifestyle. And, as it turns out, big business. Have you tried vegan cheese yet? Or bought a vegan leather handbag? You might've heard the buzz about cauliflower buffalo wings — you can find them in one of Vancouver's many vegan eateries.
According to research from Dalhousie University, B.C. has more vegans per capita than any other province in Canada.
It raises the question: why is B.C. the vegan headquarters of Canada?
