Bought a Pemberton ticket? Use it to go to WayHome instead

There's a silver lining for disappointed festival fans as long as you can shell out extra for a trip to Toronto.

It's not the first time the Toronto festival has made such an offer

There's a silver lining for disappointed Pemberton Music Festival ticket holders — their stubs can now be redeemed to attend the 2017 WayHome festival, that takes place in July near Toronto.

The offer came hours after the Pemberton Music Festival abruptly announced that it had been cancelled due to bankrupty.

According to WayHome's website, "all 2017 Pemberton Festival ticket holders can redeem their ticket for a 2017 WayHome General Admission Ticket."

The offer is valid until June 30th.

The event takes place between July 28 and 30, and will feature artists like Imagine Dragons, Frank Ocean, and Flume.

WayHome made a similar offer to attendees of the now infamous Fyre festival, a two-week music event in the Bahamas that was suddenly cancelled due to severe mismanagement.
