The 2024 Juno Awards are unsurprisingly shaping up to be a big night of music, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to tune in — no matter where you are, or what device you're using.
Get full details below for how to watch and listen to the big broadcast on March 24, as well as the Opening Night Awards on Saturday, March 23, the Juno Songwriters' Circle, and how to attend the events in Halifax if you're in town.
The 2024 Juno Awards: Sunday, March 24
The big televised awards night will take place at Halifax's Scotiabank Centre, marking the first time the Junos have been in the city since 2006. Nelly Furtado will host, Allison Russell, Elisapie, Aysanabee, the Beaches, Charlotte Cardin and more will perform and Maestro Fresh Wes will be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
The awards will be broadcast and streamed live across Canada from 8 p.m. ET/9 p.m. AT on CBC-TV, CBC Gem, CBC Radio One, CBC Music, CBC Listen, and globally at CBCMusic.ca/junos and CBC Music's YouTube page.
Juno Opening Night Awards: Saturday, March 23
Aba Amuquandoh, anchor on This Hour Has 22 Minutes and host of Best in Miniature, and CBC Music's Damhnait Doyle will co-host the 2024 Saturday night ceremony, where more than 40 Junos will be awarded.
Several of this year's Juno nominees will take the stage, including: adult alternative album of the year nominee Begonia; contemporary and traditional R&B/soul recording of the year nominee Aqyila; reggae recording of the year nominee Jah'Mila; and single and breakthrough artist of the year nominee Lu Kala. 2023/2024 Allan Slaight Juno Master Class recipient Lili-Ann De Francesco will also be performing.
The Opening Night Awards will be livestreamed at cbcmusic.ca/junos starting at 5 p.m. ET/6 p.m. AT.
Juno Block Party: Thursday, March 21, to Saturday, March 23
This brand new — and free — festival will take place over three nights at the Foundation Place parking lot at 1549 Lower Water Street. The first night will feature Classified, David Myles, O'Sound, Jrdn, City Natives, Joce Reyome, Reeny and Skratch Bastid; the second night will feature Talk, Good Kid, Dizzy and Maggie Andrew; and the third night will see performances from James Barker Band, Tyler Joe Miller, Dave Sampson, Sacha and special guests. While all three shows are free, you still need to register for a ticket in order to attend.
Juno Stories from the Studio: Thursday, March 21
This keynote conversation with Juno-nominated music producers Hill Kourkoutis, Joel Stouffer, Sam Avant and Wondagurl will be hosted at Paul O'Regan Hall at the Halifax Central Library. Tickets are free, but they must be reserved in advance.
JunoFest: Friday, March 22, and Saturday, March 23
JunoFest, presented by CBC Music, is back and once again taking over music venues across Halifax. Featuring more than 100 artists, the two nights will showcase talent of all genres from across the country, ranging from indie all-stars to dynamic jazz ensembles.

Juno Comedy Show: Friday, March 22
Taking place at Alderney Landing, the Juno Comedy Show will be hosted by Travis Lindsay and feature performances by Derek Seguin, Graham Clark, Kyle Brownrigg and Laurie Elliott.
The 2024 Juno Songwriters' Circle: Friday, March 22
This is a much-anticipated annual event, and this year it will take place at the Light House Arts Centre and feature performances by 2024 Juno nominees Begonia, Dominique Fils-Aimé, Jeremy Dutcher, Leith Ross, Luna Elle, Matt Andersen, Rêve and William Prince.
The Juno Songwriters' Circle is already sold out, but don't worry: it will be broadcast on CBC Music on Sunday, March 24, at 6 p.m. ET. Listen on your local radio, or via CBC Listen.
Junior Junos: Saturday, March 23
This family-friendly event will take place at Paul O'Regan Hall at the Halifax Central Library, featuring performances from the 2024 Juno nominees for children's album of the year: Ginalina, Splash N' Boots, the Swinging Belles and a virtual performance by ABC Sing Song.
Juno Awards After Party: Sunday, March 24
A fundraiser for MusiCounts, the music education charity run by the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) and the Junos, the after party will kick off at 11:30 p.m. on March 24 at the Grafton Connor Complex.
