First Play Live: Lydia Ainsworth, Phantom Forest

Lydia Ainsworth came to CBC Music and debuted four songs from her new album, Phantom Forest, out May 10.

Thematically, the album has incredible reach, as Ainsworth sings from the perspectives of herself, Mother Nature and a Greek chorus. Musically, Ainsworth really took her performance to another level by bringing a string quartet with her for this CBC Music session. Watch the videos below.
