Canadian DJ Excision has revealed his involvement with the upcoming action/sci-fi film Transformers One.

The electronic music star, known for hits such as "Feel Something," shared the news during his Bass Canyon music festival on Aug. 17 when he used footage from the movie in his performance. He then shared visuals from the event on X, confirming his involvement by tweeting: "Excision x Transformers One" with a fire emoji.

While Excision did not reveal whether the song he played at the festival will be on the film's soundtrack, we do know that he will not be creating the score: composer Brian Tyler, who previously created music for the TV series Transformers: Prime, will be scoring the movie.

The animated film, starring Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree Henry and more as the voices of the alien robots, tells the origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron. It hits theatres on Sept. 20.
