The 2018 Polaris Music Prize has come to an end, but you can relive all the great performances here on CBC Music.

Eight of this year's short listed acts — Jean-Michel Blais, U.S. Girls, Partner, Weaves, Snotty Nose Rez Kids, Hubert Lenoir, Pierre Kwenders and this year's winner, Jeremy Dutcher, took to the stage to perform cuts from their nominated albums.
