The winner of the 2019 Polaris Music Prize will be decided on Monday, Sept. 16, so there's no better time to brush up on the 10 shortlisted albums.

The quiz below will help you get started.

After answering a series of unscientific questions, you'll be presented with the shortlisted album most likely to suit your tastes. After listening to it, we highly recommend listening to the rest of the shortlisted albums, which were chosen by a jury of Canadian music experts and journalists.

The albums shortlisted for the 2019 Polaris Music Prize are:
