Jesse is a respected intelligence agent working for the Agency. Her boyfriend, Blake, is a Spec Ops soldier working on assignment to the Agency when he is killed in action. However, this does not mean an end to their relationship as Blake discovers that Jesse is a powerful psychic and his soul is still tethered to her.
