After the votes were counted in this year's federal election, former Conservative MP Lisa Raitt lost her seat to four-time Olympic medallist — and newly-minted Liberal — Adam van Koeverden.
That made Raitt one of the most prominent Conservatives to lose.
Out in the Open(external link) host Piya Chattopadhyay speaks with her about the pain and glory of being out of the job she held for 11 years, and what her party needs to do to unite itself going forward.

This story appears in the Out in the Open episode "See Ya, 2019".
