David Foster knows what makes a good song. He's the producer and songwriter behind massive hits like Tears Are Not Enough and Whitney Houston's version of I Will Always Love You.
Foster's collaborations with the likes of Celine Dion, Michael Bublé, Madonna, Michael Jackson and Barbra Streisand have earned him platinum records, 16 Grammys, an Emmy, an Oscar nomination and six Juno awards.
He's about to put another feather in his cap at this year's Junos when he receives the 2019 humanitarian award for his lifelong dedication to charity work through his David Foster Foundation.
