Polls close, but not everywhere, in Waterloo region elections

Polls, scheduled to close at 8:00 p.m., have in fact closed in much of the region but voting hours have been extended in regions experiencing large turnout and/or glitches in online voting systems.
Kitchener and Waterloo polls closed at 8:00 p.m. as planned, as did North Dumfries and Wilmot.
Cambridge, Woolwich, Wellesley have extended voting and delayed reporting of full results.
