Jonathan Auxier

Jonathan Auxier is a Vancouver-born author of YA fiction. Based in Pittsburgh, Auxier won the TD Canadian Children's Literature Award in 2015 — the biggest prize in Canadian children's literature — for the YA book The Night Gardener. His other books for middle-grade readers include Sophie Quire and the Last Storyguard and Sweep.
Sweep won the 2018 Governor General's Literary Award for young people's literature — text. Auxier wrote an original short story called Vanishing Point for the special CBC Books series Borders.
