Kenneth Oppel, Erin Bow and Sydney Smith win Canadian Library Association literary awards

The Canadian Library Association announced the winners of their three literary awards today.
The Nest by Kenneth Oppel won the Book of the Year for Children Award.
Two other titles were named Honour Books in this category: MiNRS by Kevin Sylvester and Young Man with Camera by Emil Sher, illustrated by David Wyman.
The Scorpion Rules by Erin Bow won the Book of the Year for Young Adult Award.
We Are All Made of Molecules by Susin Nielsen received an Honour Book recognition in this category.Sidewalk Flowers by JonArno Lawson, illustrated by Sydney Smith won the Amelia Frances Howard-Gibbon Illustrator's Award.
The Honour Book in this category is The Bus Ride, illustrated and written by Marianne Dubuc.
The winners will be presented with their awards at a luncheon on June 2, 2016.
