Police are trying to identify a female cyclist who died following a crash with a semi-trailer in Winnipeg.
Police were called to the Main Street and Logan Avenue intersection Wednesday at about 5:45 p.m. after a serious collision.
A woman found at the scene was taken in critical condition to hospital, where she died of her injuries.
Investigators spent hours at the street corner Wednesday night and determined the woman was riding her bike northbound down Main before the crash. The semi-trailer was also heading north on Main.
As both tried to turn west down Logan, they collided, police said.

Investigators still don't know the woman's name, because she didn't have any identification on her at the time, police said. She has a thin build, medium-length dark hair and is believed to be in her late 20s or early 30s.
She was riding a Barletta ATB 12 bike with white and grey writing.
The semi-trailer driver is co-operating with investigators, police said.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or who may be able to help identify the woman is asked to call investigators with the central traffic unit at 204-986-6271.
