There was another shack fire in Iqaluit Wednesday night.
The fire department was called to the beach at around 11:30 p.m.
Stephane Dionne, Iqaluit's deputy fire chief, said crews were able to put out the fire within a couple of hours.
He said one person was living in the shack but wasn't there at the time of the fire.
"We had no injury. The RCMP and municipal enforcement were on scene controlling the crowd and we are really happy we had nobody hurt on that one."
The fire isn't considered suspicious, but the fire department is investigating.
