Towe tried to avoid colliding with a transport trailer. He veered his F150 pickup truck toward the shoulder of the road, but the transport "clipped" the edge of the trailer he was hauling.
Part of the highway near Kingsville was shut down from Inman Sideroad to County Road 18 late Friday afternoon.
It is not known when lanes will reopen, according to a tweet by OPP.
