Sexual assault in Lethbridge hotel pool nets multiple charges for Calgary man

Woman and 2 girls reported inappropriate touching to police at Holiday Inn on Mayor Magrath Drive
A 28-year-old Calgary man has been charged with three counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference with a minor following an incident at a Lethbridge hotel.
Police responded to a call of a man inappropriately touching a woman and two young girls in a hotel swimming pool on Saturday in the 2300 block of Mayor Magrath Drive south.
The man was found at the hotel and police took him into custody without incident.
The victims were not known to the accused, who is currently out on bail and will appear in court on April 29.
Lethbridge police are asking for anyone else that might have been assaulted, or who witnessed the incident, to contact them.
