Winnipeg Regional Health Authority:
  • All hospitals are open.
  • QuickCare clinics open Christmas Day and Boxing Day, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
City of Winnipeg services:
  • All civic offices closed Christmas Day and Monday, Dec. 28.
Recycling and garbage collection:
  • Normal pickup schedule on Christmas Eve.
  • No recycling and garbage collection on Christmas Day; for single-family homes pick-up day moves to Saturday, Dec. 26 (Boxing Day).
Winnipeg Transit:
