'Without the Liberal sweep in Toronto, the Liberals would have a precarious minority government'
The Liberals have dominated Toronto and captured much of the Greater Toronto Area, taking seats from Conservative and NDP incumbents Monday night.
"Without the Liberal sweep in Toronto, the Liberals would have a precarious minority government," said Myer Siemiatycki, a politics professor at Ryerson University.

Siemiatycki said "more federal government support will certainly be expected in Toronto."
