Wednesday was one of the most violent days(external link) in modern Egyptian history. Egyptian authorities stormed the protest camps of supporters of deposed President Mohammed Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood. Egypt's Health Ministry estimates that over 600(external link) people were killed Wednesday alone. The Muslim Brotherhood put the death count at over 2,000. To try to make sense of the chaos, we turn to six journalists who were in Rabaa for a Day 6 Instant Oral History: Bel Trew(external link), Elisa Iannacone(external link), Tara Todras-Whitehill(external link), Maged Atef(external link), Tom Finn(external link), and Alastair Beach(external link).
