McDonald's employees fed up

A group of furious McDonald's employees demonstrated in front of their downtown restaurant on Monday.
They say the restaurant chain underpays them, and that they want to form a union.
About 150 demonstrators block Peel street in front of McDonald's restaurant, saying they're sick of being exploited by the restaurant chain.
They want to unionize, and join the CSN.
"We don't have the respect from our managers, from other people," says Sbastian Clun, who speaks for the group. "McDonald's, you see, they're making billions and billions of dollars every year, right? So we thought, 'Okay, if they have money, why don't they pay us more?"
Clun says he's been working at the Peel street McDonald's for three years -- and he still gets paid less than eight dollars an hour.
He says more than three-quarters of his co-workers have signed on to join the union.
There have been two previous attempts to unionize McDonald's in Quebec, but both eventually failed.
The CSN says this time will be different because the employees are prepared if McDonald's tries to fight the union.
