CBC's Colin Butler took a tour of Canada's only significant machine gun factory — which happens to be located in south Kitchener.

The factory is run by Colt Canada, employs 110 people and produces the C7 and C8 assault rifles.

The weapons are the backbone of armies and police tactical units in Canada, Norway, Great Britain and the Netherlands.
