Layers of strawberries, cream and soooo many doughnuts make this a true people-pleaser.

Pour heavy cream into stand mixer bowl. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until light and fluffy. Transfer to the decorating bag.

Place the cake collar around the interior of the cake pan.

Grab your scissors and carefully cut the tip off the decorating bag. Applying light pressure, fill a layer cream around the bottom of the pan, in a swirling motion.

Once the bottom is covered, lightly place mini doughnuts in concentric circles. Squeeze another layer of cream on top of the doughnuts. Gently place sliced strawberries on top of this layer. Repeat this process 2 more times, or until the cake pan is full.

Place on last layer of cream on top, and garnish with some strawberries and doughnut holes.

Place in the refrigerator before serving. When ready to serve, carefully remove the cake from the cake pan and remove the collar.

Feel free to switch up the layers of doughnuts: have one layer be glazed, the next jelly, whatever floats your boat. Now grab a spoon, fork, or just use your hands and dig in! Bon appétit!
