Need a quick stretch before diving into your workout routine? 

In this video from the CBC Creator Network, personal trainer Eunice will lead you through a set of five mobility stretches that you can use to warm up your muscles and get your blood flowing before your next run, spin class or HIIT sesh

This routine requires no equipment, very little space and only five minutes of your time, so it's ideal whether you're in your living room, out at the park or about to start your next session at the gym.

Routine:

  • Alternating side lunges (60 seconds)
  • Shoulder rotations (60 seconds)
  • Quad stretches (30 seconds each leg)
  • Arm rotations, from small to big circular motions (30 seconds in each direction)
  • Standing lunge stretches (60 seconds, alternating legs)
