You don't need to lift heavy dumbbells to get a killer upper body burn. Case in point: this 30-minute circuit workout from fitness coach Beverley Cheng.
In the latest video from her series Body Zones, Beverley will lead you through a series of movements designed to sculpt your abs, obliques, arms and shoulders using only a pair of light weights (or soup cans, water bottles — whatever you have around the house that's easy to hold on to).

30-minute arms and abs circuit routine
3 sets:
- Tricep push ups x 8
- Shoulder bombs x 8
- Lateral to front raise x 8
- Neutral press x 8
3 sets:
- Plank hip dips x 30 secs
- Weighted suitcase x 60 secs
- V-sit hold with weights x 30 secs
2 sets:
- Push up to side plank dip x 60 secs
