Bursting with local produce, beautiful bouquets, fresh baked goodies and artisanal meats and cheeses, these spots are havens for those who find themselves stuck in a cooking rut thanks, in part, to lackluster offerings at all those big chain grocery stores. Often located in historic buildings or beautiful open spaces, the food markets provide the exciting opportunity to stroll and take in some of the country's best sites, too!
