All the slides to slip on with any of your summer outfits

They’re quickly becoming a classic staple you can wear everywhere

As the summer heat continues, so does the slide "slipper" casual wear trend. No longer relegated to poolside relaxing, today's sporty slide is a comfy and fashionable choice, whether you enjoy letting your toes breathe or would rather embark on the comfy yet controversial sock and slip-on combination. There are a ton of styles and we encourage you to look at slip-ons just as you would the classic loafer or sneaker. These pair just as well with chinos or tailored track pants as they do with board shorts.

Never before has fashion and sportswear co-existed in the fashion realm as much as today. Take this Nike benassi sandal for instance, the design seems simple but the all-over graphic "Just Do it" slogan print is on point and on trend. If you are on the fence about grabbing a pair, don't think twice — just do it.

These Zara technical fabric slides are that perfect shade of "Bernie Blue" that fashion house Balenciaga popularized over the last couple seasons. The non-fashion house price is a major win and I'm digging the knit-like pattern on the upper strap.

This is the season of bright colours, and I mean, like, really really bright colours. The classic Adidas Adilette has been around forever but three stripes just released it in pastel colours and this bright yellow, which will practically glow in the summer sun!

Take a walk on the wild side with some animal print slip-ons. Japanese brand Wacko Maria and Suicoke team up on these special edition Padri sandals, which feature a neoprene strap with an awesome leopard print. These aren't for the faint of heart, but you wouldn't be reading this article on awesome slides if you weren't ready for something awesome on your feet, am I right?

If you're ready to take your slip-on game to designer levels then these Gucci slides may be the pair for you. You will notice many accessories this season have the same shade of colour as the ultra bright highlighters you had in high school. These neon pink Gucci slides are as eye catching as they come, but the retro vintage logo embossed on the cross straps balances out the design.

This Suicoke Kaw sandal blends a number of premium textures in a unique red colourway. The upper shell is composed of cow suede while the rubber base has a vibram sole for comfort. In other words, this sandal is as comfy as it is luxurious. Already seen on the feet of Tyler the Creator and The Weeknd, Suicoke has helped make the slip-on sandal a permanent fashion staple.

I always like to include an "if money were no object" designer option and this Burberry pair is just that. There are a lot of retro-branding and logos making a big comeback over the last couple seasons, and the classic Burberry check is back in a big way. The English luxury brand's infamous plaid pattern is as iconic as their trench coats, so it's no wonder they draped their Ashmore slides in an all-over printed makeup.

Though these don't look like slides, you actually can slide these Brandblack sandals on — the design features a built-in sock-like sleeve! Go with the olive green colourway for a nice military-meets-athleisure-vibe.
