Step inside Regina George's "Mean Girls" mansion
The insanely popular 2004 hit movie Mean Girls turns 18 this year and you can still hear it's witty catch phrases in everyday conversation even today. Getting shunned today? Duh. You're not wearing pink.
As part of our ongoing series where we take you inside some really cool and swanky homes, today we focus on Regina George's opulent mansion where she lives with her cool, hip mom.
The house was listed in 2015 for $14.8 million and in Toronto's hot housing market it's probably gone up a fairly significant amount. The house is 20,000 square feet has six and half bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, guest house, pool, billiards room, library, elevator… should I go on?
Okay, I'll go on.
The master bedroom is ginormous and includes a dressing room and fireplace.
The property is part of the historic Bridle Path neighbourhood and will soon be home to Drake's new lavish mansion. Taxes on the property run about $66,635.
If after this you still need more of the Mean Girls experience, and you live in the GTA, Feminist Live Reads is hosting a live stage reading of the movie at Revue Cinema in support of Trans Lifeline. That's so fetch.
