Finders keepers! Will this raccoon share treats with his friend?

Hello, Spring!

Raccoons can be crafty critters, but they sometimes need our help. In Abbotsford, B.C., Elizabeth's Wildlife Centre cares for a number of orphaned raccoons. These two were brought to the centre last year, after their mothers were hit by cars.

They were cared for through the winter, and were recently released back into the wild. To help out its graduates, the centre leaves out small amounts of high-quality food, available to any of the animals that might need some extra help as they adjust to their new life in the wild.

Of course, squabbles can still happen at the dinner table!
