Terri discovered baking in university. When her fiancé was injured five months before their wedding, her passion grew as she baked for him every day to comfort him and help him through his recovery. Now, a busy mother to three daughters, plus a Great Dane and a lovebird, she continues to bake for her husband and kids. Between caring for her family, and coaching a championship-winning boys' basketball team, she still somehow finds time to bake all her bread, pastries and sweets from scratch.
