The artist behind these cute creations is Lindsey Gazel, pastry chef and owner of Lindsey Bakes, a sweet treat bake shop in Toronto. She makes incredible (punny!) cookies, delightful cakes and other tasty desserts for birthdays, showers and has gained a healthy social following thanks to it.

Want to make your own baseball cookies cookies?
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 cup of butter, room temperature
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Here's how to do it:
- Cream together butter and sugar until smooth in a large bowl. Beat in eggs and add the vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Cover, and chill the dough for at least one hour (or overnight for best results).
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Roll out dough to desired thickness (about ½ an inch). Cut into desired shapes and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes and then cool.
