All you can drink: This Vancouver vineyard is for sale
Here’s your chance to own a gorgeous 46-acre piece of land where vino dreams are made.
Wine. It's delicious. It makes you feel good. It might be good for you. It could also be your new business.
Averill Creek winery is now for sale in the Cowichan Valley wine region of Vancouver Island. The vineyard is built into the side of Mount Prevost, and is located an hour outside of Victoria, and about 3.5hrs outside of Vancouver by ferry.
The 46 acre lot includes a tasting room, patio seating area, kitchen, dining room, and boutique gift shop so you can sell your mom's homemade jam or socks.
The winery can produce up to 15,000 cases of the sweet stuff per year, but on average Averill Creek produces about 6,500.
Whatever you're into, they've probably got it. From a fragrant Gewürztraminer, to an aromatic rose, and even an unfortunately named Foch Eh. Eh?
The price of the winery has been conveniently left off of any marketing materials, but make sure you've got a couple million to drop.
