With this event just around the corner, we submit a menu idea… or four for your consideration. This roundup is focused on Easter feasts, since those of you dreaming up a full spread will want as much time as possible to get your plan together.
If you're thinking of going the traditional route, we have two menus centred around a lamb roast or pork. But we also have a vegetarian menu and another seafood-centric one that swaps out ham for salmon. All of them feature lovely desserts and spring sides — asparagus, we've missed you!
