If you're already deciding between pork and lamb, already pondering brunch vs lunch, potluck vs running the whole show yourself… us too! It's time to plan those Easter feasts again. With this event just around the corner, we submit a menu idea… or four for your consideration. This roundup is focused on Easter feasts, since those of you dreaming up a full spread will want as much time as possible to get your plan together.

If you're thinking of going the traditional route, we have two menus centred around a lamb roast or pork. But we also have a vegetarian menu and another seafood-centric one that swaps out ham for salmon. All of them feature lovely desserts and spring sides — asparagus, we've missed you!
