How to Watch the 2024 Indspire Awards on CBC
On Friday, June 21 at 7 p.m. (4 p.m. PT) on CBC TV and CBC Gem, 12 outstanding Indigenous achievers from a diverse list of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities will be celebrated during the broadcast of the 2024 Indspire Awards, which recognize outstanding achievements from Indigenous peoples across the country in a variety of fields, including: the arts; business and commerce; culture, heritage and spirituality; education; health; language; law and justice; public service; and lifetime achievement. Three Youth Award winners are also honoured for their accomplishments, serving as role models to other First Nations, Inuit, and Métis youth across Turtle Island.

About the ceremony
The 2024 Indspire Awards blends live-action and animation. Focusing on each recipient's story, the awards broadcast will simultaneously celebrate tradition and Indigenous excellence through a cinematic journey narrated by an elder.

Indspire is an Indigenous national charity that invests in the education of First Nations, Inuit and Métis people for the long-term benefit of these individuals, their families and communities, and Canada. With the support of its funding partners, Indspire provides financial awards, delivers programs and shares resources so that First Nations, Inuit, and Métis students will achieve their highest potential. In 2022-2023, Indspire provided more than $27.5 million through 7,500 bursaries and scholarships to First Nations, Inuit and Métis students across Canada.
