OTTAWA, ON—Oh no no no no no, you're going to make it worse.

In response to the backlash regarding a recent Toronto Life article in which they lamented the difficulty of surviving on only $400,000 a year, Ottawa couple Justin and Sophie have taken to their blog to bemoan the misunderstandings that seem to constantly surround them.

"Though my family is used to being in the spotlight, the criticism laden on us in the wake of this situation, which is a situation in which I am involved in, and of which and in which my family is also involved too, it certainly gives me pause," wrote Justin (sic).

"A lot of people don't know this, but my father was actually a prominent individual. He was in fact the leader of a country, the country is my own, it is Canada, of which I am also a leader. And this is important to me. I need my story told, and the story of my forefathers, which is my father," he continued.

"Just to clarify, I don't have four fathers. But I'm sure you can tell that in print, so I will delete that explanation."

Justin expressed hope that those who had observed his first article (and his first two years) would pay more attention to this new article (and the following two years), and judge them only by those, though they were almost certainly worse.

At press time, Justin was asking Sophie to come into the room and add some things to the article, and was literally typing those words as he said them, and was typing ". . . . . .", adding an extra dot for every extra 30 seconds he waited.
