Arthur Simeon is a Toronto-based comedian who has been performing worldwide for a decade. He's been invited to perform at Just For Laughs comedy festival six times and has appeared on CBC Television, HBO and the Comedy Network. Today, he releases his sophomore stand up album, The Blackest Panther, on Comedy Records.

Simeon says the album is a collection of "jokes that I enjoyed that I think people always relate to", including stories about representation, microwaves, dating apps and Canadian girls, and overt racism.

"It's very silly, it's personal, and storytelling — all the things I enjoy about the craft."

Releasing an album is a fresh start to Simeon.

"When you put out an album, you're letting those jokes go and starting all over again."

The Blackest Panther is now available on Spotify, Google Play and Apple Music
