LEAKED: Proposed airline passenger bill of rights — with the airlines' notes and suggestions

In the wake of several high-profile incidents and conflicts involving various airlines and their customers—including incidents with Air Transat, Air Canada, and United Airlines (choose any one of 57,492 stories)—the Canadian government is getting involved.

Transportation Minister Marc Garneau introduced a new passenger bill of rights to try to set things right. However, having obtained a leaked copy of the original bill of rights proposed by the government—and the amendments that the airlines have made to each—we have our doubts.
