Health Canada recently put out its first update of Canada's Food Guide in a decade. And that's fine, but a decade?? How old is Canada's Food Guide? Clearly we need a guide for the modern millennial, and we're happy to provide that.

Also this isn't a pyramid. That's thousands of years old. This is a triangle. It's different.
