LOS ANGELES, CA—People all around the world are excited to observe National Siblings Day today, and none more so than Alec Baldwin.

The 30 Rock star began preparing days early for the holiday by temporarily cancelling his cellphone plan, unplugging every landline in each of his houses, and filling in those now empty phone jacks with Krazy Glue.

Baldwin, brother to Daniel, Stephen, and William (Billy), first heard of National Siblings Day only three days ago, but swung into action the moment he realized its implications.

"Alec is approaching this day just like he approaches every other day," said a spokesperson for the actor. "He hopes each of his brothers has a great day without contacting him in any way. He hopes they do whatever they might wish without it affecting or even being known to him, and hopes they enjoy time with their family, as long as that family is not him."

Stephen (Bio-Dome), Daniel (Sicilian Vampire), and Billy (???) are indeed rumoured to have plans to get together, and may watch one of Alec's films, such as The Departed, Glengarry Glen Ross, The Hunt For Red October, or Beetlejuice, to feel his presence at least a little bit. When they were asked whether they would then watch any of their own movies, there was an uncomfortable silence.

At press time, Stephen piped up, "Oh wait, I think I was in The Usual Suspects. I'm pretty sure that was a Baldwin, anyway, was it me?"
