even this page is white is Shraya's debut poetry collection. It was on the longlist for Canada Reads 2017 and is currently nominated for a Lambda Literary Award.
In the collection, Shraya explores her experience as a person of colour growing up in Canada.
The Triangle Awards annually honour LGBTQ literature across seven categories.
Shraya was the sole Canadian winner in 2017. The other winners were:
